Being a member of the INRO-Group, Industriepark GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2008 and established at the newly acquired location in Nieder-Ofleiden.

On about 60.000 sqm we offer open spaces, halls, and infrastructure – with the aim of providing an even more substantial range of services thanks to the new spatial and logistic conditions created.

In this respect, sustainability is one of our key terms – including thermally insulated roofs, PV-plants equipped as well as recovery (2008) and extension (2012) of operational railway capacities.
